About Us

The largest fitness facility in the Council Bluffs area, Fit 4 Life Fitness Lifestyle Center came under new management in September of 2003. Shain the new general manager is happy to answer any of your questions. Since taking over,  a massive renovation process to the facility resulted in larger locker room and childcare space, as well as a new members lounge.

Our memberships are all-inclusive, providing members access to services such as Taijutsu, and fitness classes, as well as child care. As the area's largest fitness facility, we are rarely crowded, so members enjoy easy access to our free weights, Hammer Strength machines, cardiovascular equipment and much more. We also added new ellipticals and stair mills.

We carry a wide range of nutrition products, such as protein shakes, Dr. Smoothies, fatburners and creatine, as well as reasonably priced logowear.
