Our classes are taught by the area's most-qualified and sought-after instructors, and are free of charge to all members.

Adult Taijutsu
Taijutsu is a comprehensive martial arts system that includes pressure point control, joint manipulation, striking skills, takedowns, and ground fighting techniques.

Body Basics
If you want to burn fat then this is the class for you! This class will give you a complete body workout using resistance and weights to improve your strength endurance!

Body Burn
High intensity 30 minute workout. Focuses on 1-2 major muscle groups. Perfect lunch workout!!

Body Sculpting
One full hour of action packed resistance training working every major muscle group using free weights body bars, balls, steps, and resistance bands. It will sculpt your body!

Boot Camp
Total body resistance training using light weights and body movements(jumping jacks, pushups, lunges etc.) This may involve some outside drills.

Circuit
A class for all levels that incorporates a variety of moves and techniques to give you a full body workout.

Circuit Slam
This class is for those interested in circuit training moves. The class uses a combination of step aerobics and weights which will increase your cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength.

Core/Cardio
We do cardio/step/lo-impact or a combination for about 40-45 minutes and finish up with ab/lower back stabilization work. We start with a warm up and finish with a stretch.

Core & Stability
This class uses balls, bands, and dumbbells. It's fast and uses a 5-step cycle targeting core stability

Interval
Lo-impact and/or step strngth training with dumbbells, and bars. We start with a good stretch and finish with an ab workout and stretching.

Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Graice Jiu Jitsu is a form of martial arts, which prefers bringing an opponent to the ground, relying on grappling techniques utilizing holds, arm locks, chokes, leg locks and strikes. It also mitigates the advantages of a stronger and much larger opponent, relying on wrestling or grappling.

Lil' Tykes Physical Fitness - 3 to 9 years old
If you want us to help run your kids out of energy while you are working out this is the class for you. Michelle, who is an elementary P.E. teacher, will play games and have fun while working on coordination and agility.

Pilates
Mat pilates with some light weight resistance slow moving balancing, stretching, and core work

Real Deal
This class is a high intensity full body workout that includes push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks..etc. If you want a full body workout, this is the class!

Step
Classical step moves with free style forms promoting increases in strength, cardio aerobics conditioning and coordination. You will learn proper use of weights and floor exercises to improve you total fitness, attitude and above all you will have fun and meet new and exciting people with your same goals.

Step/Kick/Sculpt
Start your weekend off with a combination of aerobics, basic kickboxing and toning with light weights.

Step/Pilates
This class is for beginners interested in basic step moves and pilates. Step aerobics increases your cardiovascular endurance while burning calories and fat.

Super Step
Beginner to advanced class which incorporates basic step moves as well as fun and challenging combinations. Bars, dumbbells,and ab balls are used for conditioning exercises.

Super Step Interval
step, weights, bars,and bands. Medium to high intensity level.

Total Body
This is a structured resistance training class mixed with cardio. You will use body bards, dumbells and resistance bands to increase muscle strength and endurance.

Youth Taijutsu - 5 to 15 years old
Youth Taijutsu is a comprehensive martial arts system that includes pressure point control, joint manipulation, striking skills, takedowns, and ground fighting techniques.
