Massage Therapy
Massage sessions include a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy as needed to de-stress and/or relieve pain.

The Spa uses professional Bioelements products, which provide cleansing, exfoliation, and moisturization of the skin. Facials include a custom mask and facial massage to keep the skin healthy and fresh.

Welcome, my name is Rachel Dorr, owner and operator of The Spa at Fit 4 Life. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I have over five years massage therapy and spa experience and have been serving Council Bluffs since 2007. I am committed to providing professional services that are therapeutic and relaxing. My goal is to educate my clients about the many benefits spa services offer and how to incorporate them as a regular part of their healthy lifestyle. New clients are always welcome.
